Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Nuwstar PH ("nuwstar ph," "we," "us," or "the platform"). By registering an account, logging in, or using any feature of the nuwstar ph website, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use nuwstar ph, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Nuwstar ph strictly prohibits underage gambling.

Each individual may hold only one account on nuwstar ph. Nuwstar ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold balances associated with any such abuse.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Account Security & Verification

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nuwstar ph login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person, and you must notify nuwstar ph immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Nuwstar ph is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. All activity conducted under your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is considered authorised activity unless you have notified us of a breach in advance.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by nuwstar ph within 24 hours on business days, though most GCash and Maya withdrawals are completed in under 5 minutes. The following withdrawal rules apply:

General bonus rules that apply across all nuwstar ph promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your balance. Real money is used first when placing bets, unless otherwise specified.

Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed at nuwstar ph are subject to the following general rules, as well as sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet reference number. Bets are not confirmed by adding a selection to your bet slip alone. Until confirmed, the bet is not binding on nuwstar ph.
• Odds changes: Nuwstar ph reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. If odds change while you are completing your bet slip, the platform will notify you of the new odds before asking you to confirm.

Jackpot amounts displayed on the platform are live approximations and may differ slightly from the actual amount at the moment of triggering. Once a jackpot is triggered and verified, the full prize is credited to the winning player's account.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nuwstar ph platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in card games or tournaments.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the nuwstar ph platform in ways not explicitly authorised.

Nuwstar ph reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity at any time and to withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, all funds in the account may be seized and the matter reported to relevant Philippine authorities.

Responsible Gaming

Account Suspension & Closure

Nuwstar ph reserves the right to suspend or close any account — temporarily or permanently — at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in situations including but not limited to:

• Suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Regulatory requirements mandating account closure in certain jurisdictions.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, nuwstar ph reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, or where the closure is initiated by the player themselves, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method after verification is complete.

Players who wish to close their accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting nuwstar ph customer support. We will process voluntary closures within 2 business days.

Limitation of Liability

The nuwstar ph platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or uninterrupted. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, nuwstar ph's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising from contract, tort, or any other cause — is limited to the balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. Nuwstar ph is not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of opportunity or anticipated profit.
• Losses caused by technical failures outside nuwstar ph's reasonable control, including internet outages, device failures, or third-party service interruptions.
• Losses caused by the player's own breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits nuwstar ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the nuwstar ph service, please contact our customer support team in the first instance. Support is available 24/7 via live chat and email at support@nuwstarph.com. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

For disputes related to specific bets or game outcomes, the following process applies:

• Submit your complaint with full details — including your account username, date and time of the bet, bet reference number, and a description of the issue — to our support team.
• Nuwstar ph will investigate using available system logs, game records, and transaction data.
• A formal written response will be provided within 10 business days of the complaint being lodged.
• If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory body.

Nuwstar ph's decision on any bet-related dispute that has been fully reviewed through this process is final, unless reversed by a regulatory authority.

Amendments to These Terms

Nuwstar ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless immediate amendments are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the nuwstar ph platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the nuwstar ph platform are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the process described in Section 12.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all other provisions will continue in full force and effect.

The failure of nuwstar ph to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
